I founded LogicStep Consulting to bring enterprise-grade discipline to local businesses. You don't need expensive new tech packages. You need to map the process, isolate the friction, and leverage the systems you likely already have.
My philosophy is simple: Process before technology. I map your workflows to understand your business and identify bottlenecks that are dragging you down. Only then do I build custom, software-agnostic automations that give you your time back.
