Do I have to commit to the full engagement upfront?
No. Each phase is independently scoped and priced. Many clients start with a Blueprint and then decide whether to proceed to a build. The Blueprint alone is designed to be valuable — even if you implement the recommendations yourself.
What tools or software do you use?
We work with the tools you already own wherever possible — typically Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams), and common CRM or job management platforms. We won't recommend new software unless there's a clear gap that can't be filled by your existing stack.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A Blueprint session is typically a half-day on-site. A full build varies by complexity but most engagements run between two and six weeks from Blueprint sign-off to go-live.
Are travel costs included?
On-site visits within the Coffs Coast region are included in the fixed fee. Travel outside the region can be arranged or we can offer a fully-remote engagement to suit your needs — please mention your location when you get in touch.
